Scent for the Soul: The Z&Z Story

Z&Z Fragrance was born from a simple belief: fragrance should be personal—a moment of self-care, not just something to show off. It's a brand built on a legacy that spans continents and generations, a story of heritage, resilience, and heart.

Our journey began with our family’s migration from the aromatic lands of Yemen to Burma (Myanmar) in the late 1800s. From there, we moved to India in the 1930s, embracing new cultures while holding fast to our roots. This path of resilience continued in 2010, when a new generation carried this treasured heritage to Canada, seeking new horizons while still honoring the past.

The name "Z&Z" is a tribute to this incredible journey. It represents my son, who embodies the spirit of Zafir—meaning “victorious”—and my daughter, who carries the soulful nature of Zamir. This brand is our way of passing down the history of our ancestors: a story of triumph and love that traveled from Yemen to Burma, to India, and finally, to Canada.

Our fragrances are a blend of past and present. We combine time-honored attar-making techniques with modern lab testing to ensure every bottle is verified for purity and safety. Each concentrated oil is crafted for exceptional longevity, designed to stay with you long after the moment has passed.
