What are Z&Z fragrance oils (attars)? How are they different from regular perfumes?
We craft highly concentrated, oil-based fragrance oils, known as attars. Unlike alcohol-based perfumes (like Eau de Parfum), ours are designed for application on clothing and fabric, creating a lasting scent bubble around you.

What's the difference between fragrance types?

Do you offer samples?
Yes — our Discovery Set includes four 3ml bottles, letting you explore our scents before buying a full-size bottle.

Using & Caring for Your Fragrance Oil

Does it contain alcohol?
Our Attars may contain trace alcohol naturally present in raw materials.

How should I apply attar?
Roll a small amount onto your palm, rub your palms together, then gently apply to your clothing. A little goes a long way — Attar is highly concentrated and naturally long-lasting.

How should I store my fragrance oils?
Store bottles in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keep them capped tightly after use.

Can I layer your scents?
Yes. Apply lightly and experiment to create a unique combination.

Is it skin-safe?
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

What if I have an allergic reaction?
Discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before wider use.

Ordering & Shipping

What are your shipping costs?
Free shipping on all orders — Canada & USA, no minimum.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. We aim to deliver your order within 15–20 days of the order date. This delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Changes in global trade regulations, customs processing, and border inspections may delay some shipments, and delivery may take longer than 20 days.

Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States. All shipments to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with import duties and taxes prepaid, so you will not be asked to pay them upon delivery.

How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via tracked parcel. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

What if my package is damaged in transit?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. You can choose a full refund for the damaged item or a free replacement. We cover the cost of resolving the damage, including any return or replacement shipping.

Where does 5% of my purchase go?
To Food Banks Canada (Canadian orders) or Feeding America (US orders) — see our full Donation Tracker for verified receipts.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, purchases are final sale for scent preference or change of mind. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for those reasons. Wrong or damaged items are handled separately as described below.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. For a wrong item, you can choose a full refund for the affected item or a free replacement with the correct item. For a damaged item, you can choose a full refund for the affected item or a free replacement. We cover any return or replacement shipping costs for wrong or damaged items.
